Helping people and organisations change their futures

About US

ITDA was founded in the UK in 1989 and quickly established itself as a provider of innovative ways to identify, analyse and support professional behaviour.

Understanding how differing human characteristics and personality traits affect leadership roles, teamwork and communication has allowed our clients to benefit from personal growth, stonger teams and, ultimately, increased efficiency and productivity for their organisations.

In 1991, ITDA became the first authorised UK representative for DiSC Assessments and became part of Wiley Learning Soutions‘ global network for professional productivity.

For over 35 years, ITDA has built a portfolio of clients across the UK and Ireland, and supported those with overseas offices by travelling across the world.

Our PurpoSe

Our goal is to share our knowledge, expertise and experience to make a difference in the lives of the people we work with, providing cost-effective solutions for efficiency, productivity and business growth.

We guide clients along a fast and effective path to self-awareness, helping them to build better relationships and develop stronger communication and leadership skills.

Whether clients choose to visit us at our training centre in the city of Portsmouth on the South Coast, or prefer us to visit for onsite sessions, our purpose is to listen, identify needs and provide personalised, lasting solutions.

Meeting Challenges

With the evolution of workplace environments, the changing nature of collaborative working and the breath-taking speed of change across all sectors, there has never been a more crucial time for an organiation’s staff to be engaged, feel a common sense of purpose and have mutual trust and understanding.
Beyond the negative commentary, the attention-grabbing headlines and the ‘click bait’ that preys on fear of the unknown, we believe that this really is ‘The Golden Age of Teamwork’, and organisations that can pull the positives from the ongoing workplace revolution whilst retaining their values and looking after their staff will continue to rise.
